not using RealMerge, yet.

RealMerge (“RM”) automates the preparation of standard conveyancing documents and calculations associated with those documents.

For example, a legal description for a sale or purchase property appears in many documents and loca­tions. RealMerge presents you with a dialog box to fill-in the legal description once, saves the descrip­tion along with the rest of the information for that file, and when you "assemble" documents, RealMerge "merges" the descrip­tion wherever appro­pri­ate into your documents. RM eliminates the tedium of search­ing, scroll­ing, deleting and replac­ing, and calculating.

Most important of all, that legal description never has to be retyped , and if it was entered correctly, it will appear correctly in all your documents.

The documents themselves are based on widely used Alberta Land Titles forms, and the cost of acquisition includes the integration of your firm’s correspondence precedents into RealMerge. All documents are stored in Word format, so making changes is easy. Also, RealMerge has the flexibility to grow with your practice because there is provision to add entire new documents to the system.
